Our Company has been involved since several years in sourcing of rough gemstones and then distributing it in polished form. Since we have partnered with various manufacturing units in Jaipur we can manufacture various kinds of gemstones in several different shapes and cuts. We specialize in precision cutting of gemstones in faceted and cabochon. All are gemstones cutter have several years of experience and use state of an art manufacturing machines and tools to get maximum output. We do contract manufacturing in all kinds of semi-precious gemstones and some in precious gemstones like Emeralds.
Our Contract Manufacturing Process
Consultation: We usually first get to know the kind of rough gemstone our customer wants to get it polished. We try to figure out what kind of shape, sizes and cut the client expects from us.
First Sample: In second step we manufacture small quantity of rough keeping in mind the feedback provided by the customer.
Approval: We then get the first sample approved by the client to make sure that we both are on the same page regarding manufacturing and the final output we are getting.
Cost and Delivery Timeline: With the manufacturing of sample, we get an idea about the cost required in making the full rough and the timing of the production delivery.
Bulk Manufacturing: Once every aspect of manufacturing has been approved by the customer we start the bulk production. All are cutters have decades of experience in manufacturing rough gemstones and turning them into polished gems.
