Steps Involved in Customize Jewellery Designing and Manufacturing
Consultation: We usually request a consultation with our clients to figure out what they really want in terms of jewellery designing, gemstones, diamonds, metal choice, budget, intended piece, setting and jewellery delivery timeline.
Preliminary designing: After the consultation a member of our design team will formulate designs based on the inputs provided by the customer.
Stone and Metal Selection: At this stage we select the gemstone or diamonds as recommended by the client directly from the manufacturer. This gives us an edge in pricing compared to our competitors. In case of bulk/wholesale jewellery we can manufacture goods in all kinds of metals like brass, silver, 9kt ,10kt ,14kt and 18kt gold.
Design Review: Sometimes a 2D design is not enough to visualise the beauty of the jewellery. Therefore, we make CAM pieces or sometimes do casting in inexpensive metals like brass or silver to check out the final look.
Final Approval: We then further finalise the designs with the client and after making all necessary changes.
Cost and Delivery Timeline: After every aspect of designs are finalised, we then give a tentative cost and delivery timeline to the client based on the number of pieces ordered.
Final Manufacturing: Our skilled artisans manufacture the jewellery using the latest technology and making sure that quality and craftsmanship is not compromised. We usually send images and videos of casted pieces without the stone setting to let our customers to give them a glimpse of what we are doing. Once the stone is set and the metal is polished, we send it to hallmark for testing. We guarantee beauty, elegance and uniqueness in everything that we do.
