+What metal do you use to make jewellery?
We use all major metals like Silver, 9KT, 10KT, 14KT, 18KT gold for jewellery production.

+What is your Minimum Order Quantity in jewellery?
Our minimum order quantity is different for different metals.
- Silver: 50 pieces per design.
- 9-10KT Gold: 20 pieces per design.
- 14-18KT Gold: 10 pieces per design.
- High-end (Above $2500) per piece: 1 piece per design.

+What kind of Gemstones you deal in?
We deal in precious, semi-precious, rare and exotic gemstones. Please contact us for more details on it.

+Do you also sell loose gemstones, natural diamonds and lab grown diamonds?
Yes, we supply loose gemstones and diamonds to factories or designers in bulk quantities.

+How much time you need for jewellery production?
Usually, it takes 30-45 days to complete a bulk order. We do accept rush orders, but it may come with an extra cost.

+What are the payment terms for the jewellery and loose gemstone orders?
In most of the cases it is advance of 60% and rest once the goods are ready.

+What payment method is accepted?
We accept bank transfer and PayPal. In case you prefer PayPal there would be an extra charge of around 6%-8% as PayPal fees.

+What shipping method and freight carriers you use?
All the polished gemstones and jewellery is shipped by flight. We majorly use FedEx, UPS, Loomies and Brinks but can accommodate if the customer has a specific freight carrier.
